Welcome. Direct. Assist. These are some of the things you'll do while attendees arrive and depart the celebration. Direct people from the parking lot or garage to the TidalHealth Stage and point them in the right direction towards the venue entrance gate. After the celebration, direct and assist attendees as they leave the venue.

| Inclement Weather Plan: In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be relocated to Maggs Gym at Salisbury University. Please check the City of Salisbury Facebook page for updates. Volunteers who sign up will also be notified if the venue is moved indoors. | |
| Parking will be free and available in Lot 1 or the Downtown Salisbury parking garage, which are both located on Circle Avenue across from the Wicomico Library. |
