The goal of the Art Adventure Summer Camp is to encourage a creative and fun visual arts atmosphere for children. Instructor's assistants will guide and foster the individual creative expression of children through a variety of daily 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional art activities. There will be indoor and outdoor classroom activity, with a lunch/play ground schedule daily.
On average there are 40 campers per session ages 7 – 14. The campers are split into 2 groups of 20 campers each, according to their ages, and the classroom rotates from morning to afternoon session. All of the instructors are employed in the Worcester County school system.
This will require a back ground check through the Town of Ocean City, the Camp Director at the ALOC will give you the required forms after your volunteer time commitment.
