The Salisbury Jaycees host the organization’s inaugural Adaptive Easter Egg Hunt noon-3 p.m. Saturday, March 24 (rain date: Saturday, March 31) at the Salvation Army, 407 Oak St., in Salisbury. Volunteers will help provide an Easter egg hunt and related events for Lower Eastern Shore children with visual, hearing and mobility impairments; autism spectrum disorder; and other medical conditions by helping to staff specialty egg hunts, games, an Easter Bunny photo booth and other activities. Volunteers are asked to check in outside the facility beginning at 10 a.m. to receive assignments and volunteer badges. A field will be available for parking; volunteers should park at the far end of the field or on the adjacent street to save room near the front for those with mobility impairments.
