Lead4Life, Inc. is excited about their expansion on the Eastern Shore and we are seeking mental health therapists for our Salisbury office. This is currently a part-time position with the potential to grow to a full-time position. Our therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths based. We serve children, adolescents, and adults requiring mental health services and support - in an office setting, home, or in the community. We offer a very flexible schedule and competitive pay.
The duties and responsibilities of the Therapists include:
- Psychosocial Evaluations
- Treatment Planning
- Individual, Group and Family Psychotherapy
- Crisis Interventions
- Collaborative Care
- Referrals as clinically indicated
- Participation in Clinical Treatment Reviews
- Charting and Documentation in EMR
- Billing Claims
Qualifications:
The therapist should possess the following credentials, skills and abilities:
- A Maryland License to practice behavioral health care: LCSW-C / LCPC
- Have experience in a busy healthcare or behavioral health environment
- Be able to operate as an independent practitioner
Must be able to pass a state and federal background check
