Fenix Youth Project is seeking a reliable volunteer(s) to support our Unhoused Youth Services work by helping young people access housing, employment, education, mental health, and basic needs resources. This role supports appointment follow-up, resource navigation, service tracking, and warm handoffs to community partners. Volunteers should be compassionate, organized, nonjudgmental, and comfortable communicating with youth and young adults ages 16–24
Time commitment
3–5 hours per week, mostly remote, with optional in-person outreach or events.
Best fit for
Someone who is organized, calm under pressure, good with follow-up, and comfortable using Google Forms, Google Sheets, email, and texting/calling.
