The Humane Society of Somerset County, MD, is looking for two volunteers to help organize things at our Pet Food Pantry. Specifically, we received a large donation of puppy pads that are in very large bags (not consumer packaging). Volunteers will help to sort them into groups and transfer into smaller boxes, so that we can distribute them at low cost to community members who need them.
This job requires ability to move around easily, including bending over, walking back and forth, reaching for things, and counting. This requires light lifting and carrying (not more than 5-10 lbs). The job is outside and in our storage containers (no A/C).
