* Assist case manager with daily tasks, including client evaluations and service coordination;
* Provide support to clients and their families, helping them to navigate through services, send reminders for meetings with case manager and any scheduled workshops, support service appointments;
*Handle clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and organizing client information;
*Conduct research on client needs and prepare reports for legal action or service provision;
*Work closely with other professionals and community agencies to ensure clients receive the necessary care and resources; and
*Any other duties as assigned.
