You do not have to face this alone! Join the Savvy Caregiver class at MAC, beginning Nov. 8.
According to savvycaregiver.com, Savvy Caregiver is recognized nationally as a leading evidence-based dementia family caregiver training program.
Savvy Caregiver programs “have been proven to decrease family caregiver distress, burden, and depression, while increasing caregivers’ sense of competence and confidence in their care role,” according to the website.
This six-week free class at MAC will meet every week from 3 to 5 p.m.; no class week of Thanksgiving. Class size is limited to eight caregivers.
