Fenix Youth Project will be hosting multiple housing fairs on April 2nd, July 6th, and October 1st in the year 2022. Fenix Youth Project is a 501(c)3 non for profit that operates a youth-based drop-in center that caters to the teens and young adults under the age of 25 who are part of the transient population in Salisbury and surrounding areas. Our Arts & Media Drop-In Center doors have been opened since the early start of the pandemic and we are the only youth-serving organization that provides safe space, shelter, and essentials to the youth homeless population.
These housing fairs will take place at The Centre of Salisbury 12-5 pm. It is a well-known fact that finding housing and affordable housing is nearly impossible in the Salisbury and Eastern Shore areas. There are also resources that are available that citizens are not aware of that can benefit them and their families. The housing fair will have various participants such as other local organizations and landlords to help citizens who come with housing needs.
