Savvy Caregivers Class

Savvy Caregiver, a free 6-session training for dementia caregivers, will be offered virtually by MAC, Inc., the Area Agency on Aging, from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays, April 14 to May 19.
The free workshop will help participants:
• Understand the impact of dementia on both the caregiver and the person you are caring for
• Learn the skills needed to manage daily life
• Take control and set goals
• Learn how to communicate more effectively
• Take care of themselves
