MAC's first Summer Institute features 30 classes over 9 days on a wide variety of topics!
Day 3 (June 6) classes are:
“Financial Success in Your 60s & Beyond,” presented by Eric Johnston, certified financial planner and president of InFocus Financial Advisors, Inc.; 9-10:30 a.m.;
“Make a Collage!” presented by Charlene Cason, an arts & crafts enthusiast who has been gluing bits and pieces to letters, lampshades, boxes and more, for more than 50 years; 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.;
“Writing Your Stories,” presented by Dr. Carolyn Stegman, local author and educator; 1-2:30 p.m.; and
“Portrait of a 19th Century Eastern Shore Woman,” presented by Dr. G. Ray Thompson, retired, Salisbury University professor of history; 5-6:30 p.m.
The cost is $3 per class, and advance registration is suggested. Registration at the door will be available as space permits. Registration information, and descriptions of all Summer Institute classes, can be viewed online at macinc.org. Registration forms also are available at MAC.
