he Salisbury Book Festival would like to invite you to join us for our closing event - A Book Lovin' Block Party!
This free, fun-filled, family event will be Saturday, May 20th from 10 am to 4 pm in Downtown Salisbury. There will be book & craft vendor and food trucks, as well as bounce houses and a kayak demonstration. Ranger Bob and the Salisbury Zoo will have animal visitors, Cascading Carlos will be here all day to juggle and teach kids how to juggle, and Lollipop the Clown will do face painting and balloon animals. The State Library will be sending their Virtual Reality Roadshow, complete with full gear and trainers. We plan on having performers and celebrity readers, including Sherman the Shorebird.
