

Who We Are
UNA provides the following services throughout the nine county Maryland Eastern Shore: financial (the Costanzo Fund and a scholarship program); residential (single family dwellings, apartments and foster care homes); pre-vocational and vocational placement services; community learning service; clinical (counseling, basic information, referral and advocacy); recreational (Camp Lazy Daze and many residential consumer outings); educational programs (School Alert, Kids on the Block and in-service training through health fair participation, seminars, and workshops), and public awareness efforts (November is Epilepsy month, UNA website and Facebook).
The primary long-term goal is to provide services which enable individuals with developmental disabilities and/or epilepsy achieve their personal development so that they may lead independent and productive lives within the community.
What We Do
United Needs & Abilities is a local, non-profit organization dedicated to serving persons with developmental disabilities and/or epilepsy.
