Our History: We started serving families in 2005. While my office serves the three counties on the lower eastern shore, we also serve Mid Shore and Baltimore City and County
What We Do
Wraparound Maryland serves youth and their families with Care Coordination/Wraparound services connecting them to supports and services in Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset Counties. We also offer case management for adults, PRP services to children and adults and Supported Employment for adults. We recently opened up a Thrift Store in May called ReWrap Thrift located in Princess Anne to help support and serve those families enrolled with us as well as the community at large. We accept referrals from professionals in the community, as well as self referrals (from the family).
