Eastern Shore Leadership Institute

We are committee of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce

We help people develop skills to become better leaders, managers, and executives in their companies. One of the ways we do this is by encouraging them to volunteer for the needs of non-profit organizations that will also give them leadership experience. We work with the area non-profits to help them recognize volunteer needs in their agencies that will give this type of experience.
