We have gotten many requests for service learning events lately, and as such we are making an effort to provide more opportunities. Sunday, February 11th, from 11:00AM to 2:00PM, we could use help from volunteers to rake up leaves at various points around the zoo and load them into a truck. If you are interested in helping out for the entire period or even a portion of it, please reply letting us know so that we have an idea of how many people to expect. You will be working outside, so please dress appropriately!
One more thing, if you plan on assisting, please remember to check in at the Education Building before starting, and fill out the paperwork at some point during the day on Saturday so that we can confirm your hours.
NOTE: If a volunteer under the age of 14 wishes to help, they may as long as they have a guardian present with them.
