Grab a teammate and come on out to WinterPlace Park on Oct. 1 to compete in the first Soles for Seniors Cornhole Tournament!
Check in for the double elimination tournament opens at 10:30 a.m., with play starting at 11 a.m. The top three teams will win cash prizes: first place, $300; second, $200; and third, $100.
The cornhole tournament is just one of many events being held as part of the first Soles for Seniors Festival, to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 1 at WinterPlace Park in Salisbury. Other exciting festival events include a 1-mile fun walk, 5K run, craft fair, vendors, children’s area featuring fun games and prizes, and food trucks offering an assortment of edibles. All ages are welcome.
