The Homeless Alliance for the Lower Shore is conducting a multi-county survey to identify how many neighbors are in transition with housing and are experiencing any level of homelessness.
Volunteers are invited to participate in a brief training on Tuesday, Jan. 17th, 11am - Noon at United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore. This brief training will help volunteers understand:
- The survey form and important data points
- How to help ensure complete responses, and
- How to effectively interact with survey participants.
This annual survey provides critical data to identify needs for additional resources and support government/grant funding requests to improve our communities.
Training RSVPs are not required, but all Volunteers are encouraged to attend!!
