Description
Annual Valentine's Day Carnival hosted by the United Way Emerging Leaders! This FREE event is for local children and families to encourage literacy, wellness and family fun! Carnival games, face painting, book giveaways, an ULTIMATE dance party, snacks, crafts, surprise guests and much more!
