We are caring community volunteers who are dedicated to connecting underserved populations with community resources. We work hard to empower transformation in others in order to create a healthier and more positive community.

We strive to increase the health outcomes for the homeless and low-income communities in Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester County. We assist with access to health care, basic needs,feeding programs and more.
