YCC is a nonprofit agency that is dedicated to children in the surrounding area who need support in the areas of self-esteem, community living, academic growth, physical fitness and employment opportunities. YCC will meet the needs of those they serve through Cognitive-Strategic-Community Treatment Approach, which focuses on the developing positive perceptions and community responsibility.YCC has a history of providing quality and comprehensive programming to the underserved populations including youthful offenders and their families, youth at high-risk of being placed out of the home of negative behaviors, and youth involved in wrap around.

Annually, YCC serves over 200 youth throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland through multiple programs including social and clinical mentoring, parent mentoring, therapy, educational classes, parenting outings, and positive youth development.
