Crossroads Community, Inc. and its subsidiary, Corsica River Mental Health Services, are dedicated to empowering individuals with behavioral health needs by providing essential skills, resources, and accessible treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. Crossroads fosters recovery and community acceptance through advocacy and education, envisioning a society where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Corsica River focuses on helping individuals recognize their resilience to overcome life’s challenges, offering client-centered, solution-focused care. Founded in 1984, Crossroads has served the community for over 40 years, while Corsica River, established in 2009, has expanded from a single clinic in Centreville to multiple locations in Cambridge and Federalsburg, broadening its services to include substance use disorder treatment. Together, these organizations provide compassionate, outcome-oriented support to individuals and families across Maryland’s mid-shore region.

Crossroads Community, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing behavioral health rehabilitation to residents across five mid-shore counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. With offices in Centreville, Cambridge, and Chestertown, we empower individuals with behavioral health needs by equipping them with skills and resources to support recovery and improve their quality of life. Our subsidiary, Corsica River Mental Health Services, is a nonprofit clinic specializing in mental health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment. With locations in Centreville, Cambridge, and Federalsburg, our compassionate team offers accessible assessments and care for individuals facing mental illness, substance use, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. We provide dedicated support for adolescents, children, families, and couples, helping them rebuild and thrive.
