Mission: To provide quality and nutritious food in a judgment-free space, ensuring that students experiencing food insecurity have access to essential resources.
Food for the Flock is a collection of students, faculty, and staff that volunteer to support our community. Started in Fall 2018, Food for the Flock aims to decrease food insecurity among college students. In addition to providing food and personal care items, Food for the Flock strives to make the campus and community aware of food insecurity through informational graphics and social media posts.

What We Do
Specifically, Food for the Flock provides non-perishable foods and personal care items to the Salisbury University campus community. The organization supervises and maintains a well-stocked food pantry in the basement of Commons by allocating funds, donations, and volunteer efforts from Salisbury University students. In this non-judgmental space, anyone with a valid SU ID may visit and fill-up two bags with any items once per week.
